I had the privilege of taking photos for this adorably gorgeous family a few weeks ago – before the beautifully horrible snow hit. Every time I am able to take photos for a family that is so much in love with each other, it makes me appreciate my own little family even more! It was an honor to get this little dude to smile and get those dimples working :)
And speaking of Families :)
If you have ever been proposed to you, you know the feeling of that life-changing moment when you are certain you are going to spend the rest of your life with the one person who gets you completely. It is SO AWESOME. When I got engaged my husband built us a tree house in the middle of a blizzard up at my parents cabin, because he knows how much that place means to me and afterward he suprised me with a handful of my best friends waiting for us to get back to my parents house to celebrate our new beginnings. It was seriously magical.
I got to be a part of one of my best friend’s life-changing moments. As I was hiding in the bushes on this particularily magical day, I was so thankful to witness their beautiful engagement and be a part of their wonderful story. Blessings on the future Mr & Mrs Thrane!
After quite a few years of marriage, my parents let me take some portraits of only them. :) When we went back inside my mom smirked and said, “Now you know how much I love you to let you take my picture.” Ha, they are so cute, and i love em’!
